One of the last village social events before the lockdowns began in 2020 was the ever popular Bonfire Society Quiz and we are delighted to announce that on Thursday 1st July we will be holding another Quiz. We hope this will be a fun way to mark the start of large scale social events in the village, assuming that restrictions are lifted sufficiently on 21st June. The quiz will be in the Memorial Hall, with doors opening a little earlier than usual at 6:30pm to allow more time for people to catch up with old friends. Do come along for this lively event and enjoy the licensed bar and supper, plus a bit of friendly rivalry. Quiz teams are comprised of 4 to 6 players, you can either get together with a group of family and friends, or come along and we will find a team for you to join.
